In EcooSetter CTP operation, the parameter templates may sometimes become corrupted due to issues with the customer's computer.
Here is a tip to recover the template:
Right-click on Tiffdownload, select "Properties", then "Open File Location".
Navigate up to the parent directory (e.g., D:/EcooSetter/ParamTpl/...).
Open the "Backup at boot" folder, choose a date when the program was working properly, and copy the files from that folder to D:/EcooSetter/ParamTpl/...
Restart the Tiffdownload program, then go to the "Parameter Template" menu – the template should now appear. (If not, repeat step 3 using a different backup date.)
Go to the Hot Folder menu, select the hotfolder name, click Modify, then under "Selected TPL", click Auto to choose the corresponding template, and click OK.
Make sure the Hot Input Manager status shows "On" and "Wait". Then click the X mark to close the hotfolder interface.
