During July, our technical team continued visiting customers worldwide to carry out regular maintenance and upgrades. Our technical manager, Mr. Charly, visited Beneco Packaging in Canada (a valued customer with 3 units of EcooSetter CTP since 2014) and also one of our U.S. customers operating 4 units of the 800QX model. Both visits were warmly welcomed by our customers and partners.
Our technical team remains in seamless contact with every EcooSetter CTP installation around the globe to ensure zero downtime.
In July, we were also honored to welcome several of our global partners and customers to EcooGraphix in China. Among them were Mr. Ahmd Omran, GM of Robust Laser in Palestine; Mr. Baldwin Kabanda, General Manager of ZAPH Printing in Zambia; Mr. Thiam Mouhamed from Carbone 14 in Senegal; and Mr. Mohammad, GM of Prominent Tec in Bangladesh.
