Direct Print in Morocco, is a very large and sizable top creative printing solution provider. They do high end creative printings on paper packaging, rigid box, stickers, labels, flexo packaging, art books and etc. It is a well known high end printer in Morocco and North Africa. Creative features and value added embellishments are important for their product portfolio. Conventional embellishments requires volume, long process of plate making for varnishing and foil stamping and etc. and designs are limited. Direct Print have been looking for innovative technology and they have been studying digital way of embellishments for long time.

EcooGraphix EcooSpark 330 width with additional flexo coating unit with extra corona treatment, 5 inkjet heads, speed 20-30 meters/minute, digital spot varnishing, digital cold foil stamping, 720dpiX1440 dpi, over 200 micron varnishing height by single pass and etc.  

Case and result

In September, 2024, Direct Print representative first time saw EcooSpark in Lable Expo Show in Barcelona,Spain. They were impressed by performance and quality of varnishing and foil stamping, in particular very detailed fine lines and small texts quality and precision, and all by digital. Since then, they have been studying and comparing suppliers and options in the market. After more than 1 and half years investigation and detailed comparison among all suppliers in the market, they granted EcooGraphix an EcooSpark order, which milestones as the first EcooSpark installation in Morocco, likely to be the first such machine in Morocco. To accomodate their customer needs, they included an additional flexo coating unit with corona treatment feature. EcooGraphix team deeply appreciate Direct Print's trust and partnership!
